TERMS & CONDITIONS



TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND SALE.

Please read: By buying or requiring service from us you are accepting these terms and conditions.

30 days warranty on all parts and labor, unless otherwise stated. For more information visit www.dazacomputers.com

Time required to service your equipment will depend in repairs and availability of parts. ALL PARTS NEED TO BE PAID UP FRONT NO EXCEPTIONS.

75% paid up front is required for parts & equipment. NO EXCEPTIONS All payments due immediately or you’ll be charge $25. No TERMS / NO CREDIT / $25 fee FOR NSF checks / NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you decide not to fix your system you still need to pay $40 labor fee. All equipment left for more than 30 days after repairs are done, will become property of Daza Computers.

You (the customer) also recognize that it is your responsibility to inform Daza Computers of any faults or defects within the warranty period of the work related to the initial problem.

Any items not picked up by you (the customer), authorize Daza Computers to throw out/destroy.

Claims of damage done by the work (dents, scratches, etc...) must be made at the pickup time and not after. Claims made after are null and void.

Daza Computers guarantees the labor for a period of 30 Days.

ON-SITE REPAIR SERVICE & SALES

In any case you request a service call on-site (at your place, office / home / apartment) a charge of $80 for show up will be automatically applied to your invoice, which will cover the first hour.

All on-site service calls are subject to an extra $10 within 5 to 10 miles & $20 within 11 to 30 miles for gas expenses.

For on-site service calls regarding installations, we need to go to your place to estimate parts / equipment or accessories necessary to perform such installation.

Incase we need to perform installations at your location with already existent equipment, we are not responsible for lack of parts, equipment or accessories needed to complete the installation unless we have already gone and made an estimate before hand.

If you decide not to fix your equipment or perform an installtion you still need to pay $80 labor fee for show-up time + gas fee accordingly.

We DO NOT accept NET TERMS / CREDIT OR PURCHASE ORDERS or In-house credit. All equipment / parts / accessories need to be paid up front.

If your company needs a W-2 form, please let our office know in advance, again, we DO NOT accept NET TERMS / CREDIT OR PURCHASE ORDERS.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are usually filled within same or next day.

During Holydays it can take up to three days to ship your package. We are not responsible for service transit time.

Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Local Pick Up and delivery for local customers. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All returns must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number) otherwise we will not accept it. Refunds are only for items eligible for it.

You must contact us prior to returning your item and refund money or credit card payment will be given as a refund.

The shipping is excluded meaning you will have to pay for shipping both ways. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATION:

All sells are final and no returns are accepted for buying the wrong item / part or accessory so please read carefully and look for similar items like this one before you are biding or buying.

Once you buy an item or win a bid, you are responsible for buying the item.

If you bid or buy and don't pay, we will leave negative feedback for you. Also be aware that your bid is a binding contract and we may choose to submit any defaults to a collection agency.
